Interview techniques

The Training and Placement team at PIMSE organized a workshop on “Interview techniques” on 17th March 2022 at 11 am through the GMeet platform. This session is to help students understand the transition from classroom to boardroom hence this time we thought of our very own team member Mr. Lionel John D’mello who has a varied and versatile skill set for Soft Skills, grooming and etiquette training in the corporate world prior to his academic profile.

Prof D’mello addressed the students on tips of resume writing as well as the frequently asked questions asked in an interview to make the current batch of students job ready and transition smoothly to the corporate world ahead of them as the placement season is on.

There were around 70 plus students (online and offline) who had joined the session from all the courses. The event was successfully organized under the guidance of our In-charge Director, Dr. Porinita Banerjee. The Session was very informative, elating and inspiring. The students were very thankful to Poona institute of management sciences and Entrepreneurship for giving them this wonderful opportunity to attend such an enriching session.
