The final day of the Employability Skills Enhancement Program encompassed the following key topics:

Telephone Etiquette: The students acquired essential knowledge and skills equipping them to handle telephonic interviews and engage effectively in professional phone conversations. Group Discussion: Group discussions served as a platform for assessing the students public speaking abilities. This segment encouraged them to express their thoughts and opinions coherently honing their communication skills. Personal Interview: The program culminated with a focus on excelling in personal interviews. This session provided valuable insights into interview preparation and performance strategies ensuring that the students were well-prepared to shine in real-life interviews. Throughout the program, Ms. Pallavi Sharma played a pivotal role in guiding our students. Her invaluable feedback and expertise were instrumental in their development. To conclude the program on a positive note, Ms. Sharma facilitated a SWOT analysis enabling students to reflect on their strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats further empowering them for future endeavors.
