Poona Institute of Management Sciences and Entrepreneurship in association with Hindustan Times (HT) conducted an Online Quiz Competition on 21st January, 2023. PIMSE has collaborated with Hindustan Times (HT) for subscription of Mint, a master product from HT Media Limited which is specially designed and crafted for leaders of the new order.

The objective of the quiz was to ensure whether students are reading the newspaper on a regular basis since the Institute provides them with the Mint newspaper every day. The questions asked for the quiz were related to the following topics:

? Mark to Market – Current happenings in the World of trade with keynotes from Reuters/ Bloomberg

? Inside Corporates – Key happenings in the corporate world

? Global - Impact of global business policies on the economy

? Deal tech and start-up - Current happenings in the world of Start-ups with articles from Tech Circle and V Circle.

? 360-degree view – special column on organization

? News wrap – short stories from the world of business

? Long story - Detailed coverage of topic with What, Why, and Now

? Mint Money - Portfolio Management, and innovative investments products and strategy

? Views from renowned academicians, subject matter experts’ business tycoons, corporate leaders,

? Business of Life – Daily coverage on Travel /Sports/ Culture/ Lifestyle/ Culinary / Luxury

The top three students who secured the maximum marks were issued certificates.
