The one day Multidisciplinary International conference organized by Poona Institute of Management Sciences & Entrepreneurship, Pune on Sunday, the 3rd of March 2019. The patron members were Prof. Dr. Shakeel Ahmed Director, PIMSE the chairman of the conference and co-ordinators were Mr. Lionel John D'mello and Mr. Mandar Brahme. The Chief Guest Dr. Pradeep Salgaonkar, Founder SALDOTS Academy & Ex- Chairman, GMA delivered the key note address on the theme. The program started at 11 pm with registration of participants and ended with the valedictory function. The number of participants from various institutes from different parts of the country was 70. The conference proved to be the meeting ground for many Research Scholars and Teacher Educators to exchange experiences, knowledge, queries and insights. It was as an effective platform for all the concerned stakeholders to introspect about the numerous challenges and dilemmas facing the current changing landscape of business management, technology and social innovation in India and across the world. Prof Dr. Shakeel Ahmed, Director, while welcoming all the resource persons, dignitaries, delegates and participants, expressed his immense pleasure for having this event for the first time in Goa to make PIMSE a global brand name and encourage students from all over to join the MBA program with many benefits of scholarships.The inaugural session was presided by Ms. Farheen Sayed(Guest of Honor) Founder, Boxifer and various eminent educationists from across India. In the technical session, other prominent educationists shared their views on various issues pertinent to the THEME scenario. Paper presentations were done after lunch and a total of 15 papers were presented from people from different fields. The Valedictory session was chaired Mr. Ramchandra Salgaonkar(Chief Guest)Founder & CEO, Market Warriors along with panelists Ms. Runa Menezes Founder & Director, Speaking Studio Mr. Vikas Singh, well renowned Chartered Accountant and Ms. Neha Vishwakarma who is Miss South India. Ms. Anusha Shaikh, Fashion Entrepreneur of her own label Anusha’s was the guest of honor at the concluding function along with all the faculty members of the MBA Department who contributed towards the success of the Seminar with special invitees who unveiled the Journal which had close to a hundred research papers in 3 volumes published by Ajanta in a UGC listed ISSN with an impact factor of 5.5
The conference ended on a high note with all praising the hospitality, ambience and overall smooth flow emphasizing on the team effort and students along with focus on inspiring "Entrepreneurial spirit", within each student, to make a mark of their own in current landscape. With motivational and inspirational dialogues given by the visiting guests, it made the conference an affair to remember.
