The induction program for the first-year admitted students for the academic year 2021-2022 was conducted from 18/1/2022 to 19/1/2022. The induction program

was conducted online mode through the Zoom platform. It began with the welcome

address deliver by our beloved director Dr. Porinita Banerjee who gave a glimpse

to the students on their journey of MBA ahead of them. The induction program

was inaugurated by our very own dynamic dean Dr. Parag Kalkar who enthralled

the students with his enormous wealth of knowledge and expertise in the world of

academics. Ms. Vandan Krishnan, President AIESEC was the keynote speaker for

the inaugural session on Day 1 who spoke on how Youth leadership should shine

through crisis and demonstrated it effortlessly through her organization thereby

motivating students while being a role model.

The second day of Induction Program began with Mr. Rohan Adhalakha Director-

Innovation, ActioHX mesmerizing the audience with his vast domain knowledge

and charisma. The valedictory session started with a small presentation about our

institute followed by our honorable director Dr. Banerjee delivering a welcome

address for the keynote speaker Dr. Mahesh Abale, Director- Naralkar Institute of

Career Development and Research who addressed the students and delighted them

with his persona and sheer exuberance. The Induction Program ended with our

student proposing the vote of thanks.
