Poona Institute of Management Sciences and Entrepreneurship organized a truly enlightening event marked by the grand inauguration of the NIPM Student Chapter and a captivating HR Meet on 20th September, 2023. We were honored to have Mr. Kalyan Pawar, Chairman, NIPM, Mr. Balasaheb Sonowane, Vice President, NIPM, Adv. Prashant Kshirsagar, Additional Secretary, NIPM and Mr. Kishor Kenche, Member of NIPM's Executive Committee as our distinguished guests.

Mr. Kishor Kenche, Member of NIPM's Executive Committee, inspired us with his profound insights into the significance of a circular economy for sustainable business growth.

Adv. Prashant Kshirsagar, Additional Secretary, NIPM, brought labor laws to life shedding light on their practical applications and implications.

Mr. Balasaheb Sonowane, Vice President, NIPM, captivated the audience with his discourse on the crucial role of industrial relations in achieving corporate effectiveness.

The event reached its pinnacle with the grand inauguration of the NIPM Student Chapter symbolizing our unwavering commitment to nurturing the next generation of HR leaders. We also distributed NIPM Student Membership Certificates to our deserving students.

The event concluded with a thought-provoking address by Mr. Kalyan Pawar, Chairman of NIPM, who shared insightful perspectives on industry expectations from graduates leaving our audience inspired and motivated.
