PIMSE had organised an Ice Breaking Session for the first year and second year students of MBA, MBA –IT and MBA-HRD on 14th February 2022.

The specialty of the program was  first of its kind  #Brick and #Click session as it was conducted offline as well as online mode through zoom platform.

The program started with the welcome address delivered by our beloved director Dr. Porinita Banerjee, who spoke on the challenges faced by the students and teachers during the pandemic. Dr. Porinita Banerjee  also shed light on the contribution of  Smt. Savitribai Phule towards the education system as SPPU was celebrating “Savitri Mahaotsav” by unveiling the statue of  Smt. Savitribai Phule at University Campus on 14th February, 2022.

Followed by this, a short video on the life and contribution of  Smt. Savitribai Phule and ally Fatima Shaikh was displayed  which was very inspiring  and amused the students and staff present in the program.Further the program continued with the cake cutting ceremony to mark the beginning of offline #experiential learning at college campus.

Thereafter, the staff of PIMSE enthralled the students with different management games and conveyed the importance of listening skills, verbal and non verbal communication  and presence of mind which holds significant position in career growth.  To familiarize the students with the campus, Treasure Hunt was conducted, which made students use their analytical skills in identifying the clues kept in the institute campus.

The program concluded by clicking selfies at the selfie corner which was designed creatively by the faculty members for the students to preserve and cherish lifelong memories with the institute.
