Poona Institute of Management Sciences and Entrepreneurship (PIMSE), in association with NIPM Pune Chapter, successfully hosted the HR Summit 2025 on "Global Workforce Diversity Management" recently on Saturday, 1st March 2025 at Poona Institute Campus.

More than 150 students and HR Professionals were present during the Summit.

Key Highlights:

- Welcome Address and Introduction of the HR Summit by Dr. Porinita Banerjee, setting the tone for the event by highlighting the significance of global workforce diversity management in today's fast-paced business landscape.

- Powerful Keynote address by Mr. Kalyan Pawar on diversity management in global corporations and the role of NIPM in building a strong HR professionals' network.

- Excellently moderated Panel discussion by Dr. Ajit Thakur, Head HR, Kalyani Group - Saarloha Advanced Material, and Secretary, NIPM Pune Chapter, on the theme "Global Workforce Diversity Management: Insights and Best Practices in Industry."

- The panel discussion featured eminent speakers Mr. Santanu Ghosal, President- Organization Development, Walchandnagar Industries Limited, Ms. Pallavi Sarkar, Country Head HR & Compliance Officer, India NORMA Group, and Mr. Nitin Asalkar, Vice President - HR, WILO Mather and Platt Pumps Pvt Ltd.

- Felicitation Ceremony to honor NIPM members and winners of Marathi Bhasha Diwas & Traditional Day competitions organized by students at Poona Institute.

- Networking & Knowledge Sharing with HR professionals, faculty, and students.

_NIPM Pune chapter has announced a life membership drive with 50% membership fees in March 2025_ and recognized the efforts of the Poona Institute Management committee for successfully organizing the HR Summit in 2025.

The summit ended with a networking lunch for more than 150 HR professionals, faculties, and students.
