Every year, 26th January is celebrated as Republic day across the nation. It was on this day that the Constitution of India came into effect. Dr. B.R. Ambedkar was the Chairman of the Drafting Committee of the Constitution.

We at PIMSE celebrated the 74th Republic Day with great pomp and splendour. The celebration started with the arrival of Dr. Porinita Banerjee, Director (Incharge) who hoisted the national tricolor followed by the singing of national anthem. Thereafter, she delivered a highly motivational speech highlighting the importance of the Constitution and its unique features such as Sovereign, Socialist, Secular, Democratic and Republic enshrined in the preamble of the Constitution. Furthermore, one of our students Ms. Fiza melodiously sang a patriotic song.

This auspicious programme ended with the vote of thanks delivered by Dr. Payal Samdariya.
