In a display of unwavering patriotism and national pride, the Republic Day celebration at Poona Institute of Management Sciences and Entrepreneurship was a resounding success. The event commenced with the ceremonial unfurling of the national tricolor by Dr. Porinita Banerjee, Director (Incharge) followed by the soul-stirring rendition of the National Anthem symbolizing unity and harmony.

Addressing the gathering, Dr. Porinita Banerjee shared her thoughts on the significance of the day and its importance in the history of our nation. Her words resonated with the audience emphasizing the values that bind us as a diverse yet united nation. 

The cultural program that ensued showcased the talent and creativity of the students. The students skillfully presented a captivating mime act portraying poignant moments that prompted the audience to reflect on the nation's journey. 

Adding a musical note to the festivities, Ms. Sidra's rendition of a patriotic song stirred the emotions of everyone present. Her voice resonated with the spirit of nationalism instilling a sense of pride and love for the motherland. 

As the event drew to a close, Dr. Vasimraja Sayed, in his vote of thanks expressed gratitude to everyone who contributed to the success of the Republic Day celebrations.
